About the Founder

Eric Lewis, founder of OneSCSI

OneSCSI was founded by Eric Lewis an entrepreneur, businessman, educator and leader who recognized a need in the marketplace for a total solution organization that is focused on people development and providing organizations successful opportunities and results through the improvement of the talents, skills , behavior and attitude of those people.

Knowing that happy people hold the keys to the future of all successful companies, Eric’s vision is to create successful environments and tools for people and organizations by helping people find, project and utilize their best self to deliver Innovative, Measurable, Achievable, Successful, Timely and Executable Results sustainable for life and for business.

A vision driven leader with a distinguished career leading strategic, operational, and international project initiatives for high-growth and change-oriented organizations. Mr. Lewis has over 20 years of experience in executive leadership positions in supply chain operations, sales, and training and development. He has built successful teams and achieved fantastic results working for the US Army, as well as for the following companies: Anheuser Busch Inc., PepsiCo, Intel Corporation, and for Masterfoods USA (A Mars Inc. Company).

He gained and continues to garner his experience from being “one of the international citizens of the world who has an address at 400 World Street.” His breadth of international experience includes living in, working in, leading and managing, and building successful teams in the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Europe.

In his various roles, his key priority and focus is and has been creating successful opportunities for people so that they can build and live their dreams.Mr. Lewis holds a B.S degree in Business Management and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). He also holds Executive Management certificates from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Georgia Institute of Technology.

As a conscientious business person, a community citizen, and a “bridge builder” Mr. Lewis is able to forge successful relationships with people and create strategic alliances.
