Led a high performing work group consisting of 3 managers and 52 operations employees, in a union environment, providing planning, coaching, and technical support in manufacturing and warehousing operations.

- Successfully launched the start up of the Cartersville Brewery on time and was a key catalyst in leading the production and warehouse operations to be number 1 operationally of the 12 breweries within the Anheuser Busch Company in all Key Performance Measures within 1 year of start-up.
